First Financial Credit Union Scholarship

Students can receive a $1,500 scholarship from First Financial Credit Union!

At First Financial Credit Union, our goal is to give back to our community through many sponsorship and educational programs. The credit union philosophy is “People Helping People,” which has been the guiding principle of the credit union movement. First Financial Credit Union will award six scholarships to graduating seniors, six scholarships to students currently in college who have not received the scholarship in the past, and all qualifying past recipients who reapply.

Submit your application, and you could receive $750 per semester to reach for the moon! Submit your completed application before midnight Thursday, April 17th, 2025.

Requirements are as follows:

• Must be a graduating senior in good standing, planning to attend a two or four-year, accredited New Mexico college or university, or currently enrolled at a New Mexico institution of higher learning.
• Must be enrolled as a full-time student with a minimum of 12 hours and at least a 2.0 – grade point average.
• The parent/guardian or student must be a member of First Financial Credit Union. Immediate family members of volunteers and staff are not eligible.
• Completed applications must be submitted by midnight Thursday, April 17th, 2025.

FFCU will award six scholarships to provide financial assistance in 2025 for graduating High School Seniors.
